How long does a full detail take?
A full interior and exterior detail typically takes 3 to 5 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Larger vehicles like SUVs and trucks, or vehicles with heavy soiling, may take longer. We’ll give you an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, all detailing services are by appointment to ensure we can dedicate the proper time and attention to your vehicle. You can book directly through our online scheduling system at any time.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and serve the greater Chattanooga area. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, just reach out and we’ll be happy to let you know.
Can you detail any type of vehicle?
We detail cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. From daily drivers to luxury vehicles, every vehicle receives the same level of professional care and attention to detail.

What’s included in an exterior detail?
Our exterior detail includes an undercarriage rinse, foam bath pre-soak, pressure wash, wheel and tire cleaning, hand wash with premium microfiber, tire shine application, and engine bay cleaning. We also offer 2-step paint correction for swirl and defect removal.
Will a pressure wash damage my paint?
No. We use professional-grade pressure washers with appropriate nozzles and safe distances to ensure your paint is never damaged. Our process is designed to lift dirt and grime safely without harming your vehicle’s finish.
Do you clean the engine bay?
Yes. Engine bay cleaning is included in our exterior service. We use safe degreasing techniques, followed by dressing and finishing to leave your engine compartment looking clean and well-maintained.
What is paint correction?
Paint correction is a multi-stage polishing process that removes swirl marks, light scratches, and surface imperfections from your vehicle’s clear coat. The result is a deeper, richer gloss with mirror-like clarity. It’s the difference between a clean car and a truly show-quality finish.

What’s included in an interior detail?
Our interior detail includes a full hard surface wipe-down of every panel, vent, and control, door jamb cleaning, full vacuum, UV protection on all plastic and vinyl, streak-free glass cleaning (interior and exterior), stain removal from upholstery and carpets, and carpet extraction with steam cleaning.
Can you remove stains from my seats and carpets?
In most cases, yes. We use professional-grade stain removal products and steam cleaning techniques that can lift even deep-set stains. While we can’t guarantee every stain will be completely removed (some may have permanently dyed the fabric), the vast majority come out looking like new.
What is ozone treatment?
Our signature ozone treatment is an interior purification service that neutralizes persistent odors from smoke, pets, spills, and mildew. It reaches deep into textiles, vents, and crevices to eliminate odors at their source — not just mask them — leaving your cabin fresh and revitalized.
Is steam cleaning safe for my interior?
Absolutely. Steam cleaning is one of the safest and most effective methods for deep-cleaning interior surfaces. It sanitizes without harsh chemicals, reaches into crevices that cloths can’t, and is safe for fabric, leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces.

What is a ceramic coating?
A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied to your vehicle’s exterior that chemically bonds with the paint, creating a durable protective layer. It provides enhanced gloss, hydrophobic water-repellent properties, UV protection, and resistance to chemical stains and contaminants.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Our professional-grade ceramic coatings are designed to last for years with proper maintenance. The exact longevity depends on the specific coating applied, driving conditions, and how well the vehicle is maintained. We’ll walk you through the best care practices to maximize the life of your coating.
Does ceramic coating come with a warranty?
Yes. Our ceramic coatings are backed by a warranty for your peace of mind. We’ll provide full warranty details at the time of service, including coverage terms and recommended maintenance schedule.
Can I wash my car normally after coating?
Yes, but we recommend following specific wash techniques to preserve the coating. Coated vehicles actually stay cleaner longer and wash faster thanks to the hydrophobic surface. We’ll provide you with a detailed care guide after the coating is applied.

How much does a detail cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your vehicle and the level of service you choose. We believe in honest, fair pricing with no surprises. You’ll see available services and pricing when you book through our online system, so you know exactly what you’re paying before your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our online booking system. Payment is handled securely at the time of your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things come up. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the booking system. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer.
Do you offer gift cards?
